I saw an ad for this apartment which was posted last night on Craigslist. So, I landed to take a look early today (around 10:30). I called Alan on his cell phone and asked about the apartment and he said that he would be there in a moment to show me the apartment (he was in his car a few hundred feet away). He got there in a minute and then he asked 'so, are you looking for a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom?' To which I said 'either will do'. And then he says, 'The problem is that we dont have any!'

.Well, he had just a minute ago mentioned that he would show me the apartment! Did he not like the way my wife and I looked? Why did he ask what sort of apartments we wanted? Floare albastra mihai eminescu versuri. Is it so that if we asked for a 1 br, he could say that he had only 2 br apartments available (or vice versa)?Very shady behavior.

I admit that I was never a tenant in this building, but did tour apts. This site has been very useful and I think that people touring apts giving input will be just as effective in providing opinion.

POST please!!!The apts looked fine, but that's just it. Loved the fact that the floors are concrete slabs and not wood which would down noise from above tenants. Didn't like some of the quick fixes apparent in the model rooms. (ie) There were Walmart-esque wire shelving units that were installed in all the closets that are supposed to double for hanging clothes. It seemed like it wouldn't take much for those to rip out of the wall.Woodwork was circa 1970-80 but I would be surprised if there were any other apts in Bellevue in the same price range that didn't look like they were straight out of the 70-80s.One of the units we toured had excessive amounts of counter space in the kitchen that extended into the dining area.

Really gobbled up space for no reason. Noise levels were hard to tell because it seemed that the models we were shown had no occupants above or below - but the doors were pretty solid and there was intercom / in one of the buildings. That was a plus. The grounds were well kept, but then again, mostly a parking lot so not much lawn to mow. The pool area seemed nice and they are very proud of their one palm tree adjacent to the pool. From what I know, there is a couple managing the complex. I called earlier in the day and was quoted one price, but when I toured the apartment complex five hours later, I was told that the price advertised on the internet and the price I was quoted five hours eariler 'must have been wrong' and the rent was really 55$ /month my originally quoted price.Seemed really shady. My advice would be document the pricing before you tour and compare to what the seemingly rate that changes every hour that you are offered will be.Overall, average - if that is what you want.
