Hi J.B, As per my knowledge almost all applications which are compatible on Windows Vista should run smoothly on Windows 7. Since you are facing the application crash,here are some workarounds that you may like to try. A.Run the application in compatibility mode for Vista/XP Step 1:Right click on the application executable.
Step 2:Click on properties. Step 3:Click on compatibility tab Step 4:Check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' Step 5:Select Windows XP/Vista whichever suits you.
Step 6:Click OK and run the application B.Run the application as Administrator Step 1:Right click on the application executable. Step 2:Select 'Run as Administrator' from the menu. If none of the above methods work,then you may like to uninstall the application completely and install the application with administrator privilages.
