The software installs just fine and opens just fine but when it tries to login and connect to the database it connection fails. Bottom line is that this is related to a networking issue so how. If its an older version you might not be able to get it to run on 64 bit, depends on what version and build, but I cannot recall the cutoff. If you give me what version you have I can check my installations to see if you are ahead or behind. I might also have the time to call Honeywell and see if they have documents on 64 bit installs for your particular version.

So I can't do the install. I also have Winpak 2005 but build 561. The problem you described also happened when moving from XP SP2 to SP3 and required a registry hack regarding RPC to fix it so this solution may work in Win 7. You would know this if you had it running on XP SP3, although maybe build 563 got around that issue. I would try it if I could get it installed.
