Bummer:-( Pretty sure I'd have to call Wawanesa if that happened. I hope glass for Soul is readily available at this point. I'm sure the windscreen is a regularly replaced item. I guess I have a REALLY small 'two chips' on my windscreen, but they are SO small I didn't notice them until my first service. Pearson Kia does a checklist of all the stuff they check, and I noticed 'pitted' under windshield. If I didn't see that and say 'ummm.where?'
, I would have gone MONTHS without knowing there are two REAL tiny chips, RIGHT in the middle underneath the rearview. Of COURSE now that I saw them, they bug me LOL!! They are likely even too small for AllStar glass to do that thing with the little suction cups and filler. And with MY luck, I'll fix that TINY thing and then something will happen a month later, so I just look at it, live with it, and listen to my friends laugh when I TRY to point these out. Yes it is a bummer. A co-worker has a new Hyundi Accent, he has already replaced his windscreen and was told the newer cars have alot more replacements for this problem. He told me this before I bought the new Soul and quite frankly I was worried about the windshield when I bought the car, now my biggest worry has come true!

My insurance has a low ($500) deductable which I was going to change to a higher deductable when my renewal came up, my agent just assumed I would want this lower deductable. I am glad she did now.
