As Siight said. Particularly the last comment. As Anno 2070 isn't a major mainstream game, the chances of a good trainer that ISN'T full of viruses is quite slim. You could always use Cheat Engine and change values in real time, or follow a tutorial and make you're own trainer/table for it.
